Getting Still

A 6-week morning practice to connect deeper, slow down,
regulate your nervous system and set up your day

Monday 7am Wednesday 7am Friday 7am

Begins Monday 13th July

The Practice

This is not a workout.
This is a returning.

Three mornings a week, before the noise of the day begins, you show up. You arrive exactly as you are — tired, busy, scattered, or simply ready — and for one hour, you give your nervous system permission to land.

Getting Still is a 6-week guided morning practice designed to help you connect more deeply to yourself, slow down the constant doing, and build the kind of inner regulation that changes how you move through your entire day.

"The most productive thing you can do in the morning is not check your phone. It is breathe. It is arrive. It is begin from a place of stillness rather than urgency."

This is also about accountability. About showing up — face to face, in community, with other women who are also choosing to prioritise themselves at 7am when it would be much easier not to. That commitment is part of the medicine.

What each session gives you

🌿

Connect Deeper

Come home to yourself before the world demands your attention. Each session opens with a moment of genuine arrival.

🌊

Slow Down

Counter the culture of urgency with deliberate, unhurried practice. Your nervous system learns a different rhythm.

Regulate

Breathwork, yin yoga, and guided stillness directly stimulate the vagus nerve — shifting you from reactive to regulated.

☀️

Set Up Your Day

Leave with clarity, calm, and the particular quality of ease that comes from having already done the most important thing.

🤝

Accountability

Face-to-face, in community. Showing up for yourself is easier when you're showing up for each other.

I spent years using movement to outrun my own nervous system. I ran half marathons on two bulging discs. I trained every day and called it health, when really it was self-medication for a brain that had never been given the right tools to regulate itself.

Getting Still was born from the opposite of all of that. From learning — slowly and imperfectly — that the most powerful thing I could do for my body, my brain, and my day was to stop. To breathe. To arrive. I bring my training in nervous system regulation, yin yoga, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and Reiki into every session — alongside the lived experience of someone who has genuinely walked this road.

I will never ask you to do something I am not willing to do myself.
